Yes. Poisella shapewear and seamless bras are made with smooth, flat edges that stay nearly invisible beneath clothing. The seamless design helps minimize visible panty lines, so you can confidently wear fitted dresses, leggings, and tailored outfits.

Poisella ships throughout the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

During high-volume periods, including sales and federal holidays, delivery may take a little longer. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a confirmation with your tracking information.

Poisella offers free shipping on all orders across the United States, with no minimum spend or special conditions required. Your order will be delivered at no additional shipping cost.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or size exchange. To qualify, all items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Returned in the original packaging
• Free from damage, stains, odors, or other signs of use

To start a return or exchange:

2. Wait for our support team to approve the request and send you the return instructions.
3. Before shipping the package, take a clear photo showing all items inside the parcel at the shipping location.
4. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and mail it to the return address provided by our team.

Photo verification is required to support a smooth refund process. Returns submitted without photos may take longer to process.

After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within seven business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. We’ll email you as soon as the refund has been processed.
